I’m Matt Russo, a senior software engineer and founder based in Delaware. I’ve spent my career building reliable products, improving complex systems, and turning ambiguous problems into practical software.
I founded Software InFocus to bring that same level of technical judgment to small businesses and startups without the overhead of a traditional agency. I also build independent products, including AI-powered tools and focused SaaS experiments.
My work spans product strategy, frontend and backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and long-term software operations.
Outside of work, I spend time with my family, play games, read, and experiment with new technology.
